Banana Malt Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

• 1 large banana
• 1 large tablespoon malt syrup
• 1.5 cups almond milk
• pinch of cinnamon (optional)

METHOD

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Add to your flask and top with almond milk to fill as necessary.
